Kaden and Josh have been going to therapy together since Josh became famous. Now Kaden's 18, and legally an adult. He doesn't want to go to therapy anymore, and his parents, legally, cannot stop him.
Josh can't do anything but watch helplessly as the condition of his younger brother, who he's loved and protected all his life (even if he hasn't exactly returned the favor) gets worse and worse.
The psychologist's notes say things about sociopathic tendancies and violent behavior. Josh knows that the closer anyone is to Kaden, the more they'll get hurt.
He can't help but fear for his ex-girlfriend, Amelia...Kaden's current one.
And soon comes the time to make a choice — turn a blind eye and let Amelia be hurt, or intervene?
Either way, it's not going to be pretty.
